Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from AmmaP Art Gallery. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional time; estimated timelines will be communicated before purchase.

  • If I am away or unavailable for a certain period, I will inform you promptly and provide an updated estimated processing time before confirming your order.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 
Shipping Methods & Carriers
  • All artworks are shipped from the Netherlands using reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or UPS.

  • These are examples only; I may use other reputable carriers if necessary.

  • Shipping is available within the Netherlands and to most EU countries. For other destinations, please contact me before ordering.

 
Shipping Costs
  • All shipping costs are paid by the buyer, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international deliveries.

  • Shipping costs will be communicated before finalizing the order.

Packaging

  • All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • For large or fragile pieces, additional protective packaging may be required, which could result in extra packaging costs. These costs will be communicated to the buyer before shipping.

 

Delivery Times
  • Domestic (Netherlands): Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • EU Countries: Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

 

Tracking
  • A tracking number will be provided if available.

  • If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

 

Customs & Duties
  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Customs delays are beyond my control and may affect delivery times.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged, notify me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos showing:

    1. The outer packaging at the time of delivery before opening, showing any visible damage.

    2. The inner packaging and the damaged artwork after opening.

  • These photos are required to assess the claim and to file a report with the carrier.

  • If the damage clearly occurred during shipping and is proven with these photos, I will work with you to resolve the issue (refund or replacement if possible).

  • I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, but I will assist in filing a claim if possible.
