Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from AmmaP Art Gallery. As a private seller, I am not legally required to offer returns under EU consumer law, but I provide this voluntary return policy for your satisfaction.
Voluntary Return Window
You may return eligible artworks within 7 calendar days from the day after delivery. This policy applies only to non-custom artworks.
How to Request a Return
Email: AmmaP.artist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order details and reason for return.
I will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the artwork is securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
I am not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Condition of Returned Artwork
Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
If the artwork is damaged or shows signs of use, I may deduct part or the total amount of the original purchase price from your refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or commissioned artworks (made to your specifications).
Items damaged after delivery, unless the damage clearly occurred during shipping and is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged artwork as proof.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after I receive and inspect the returned artwork.
Refunds will preferably be made via bank transfer. Other methods may be used at my discretion.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. If the damage occurred during shipping, I will work with you to resolve the issue (refund or replacement if possible).
